RISK ASSESSMENT
Proactive approach starts with determining, assessing and managing risks. Preliminary Risk Assessments, Job Hazard Analyses and task-based meetings are the main components of SPN H&S risk management, while the identified measures as a result of risk assessments are used to prevent incidents. We as SPN Construction, believe every accident can be prevented with the right mindset, accurate planning and effective actions in place.
ZERO ACCIDENT
We maintain our “Zero Accident” target in all our operations because ALL ACCIDENTS ARE PREVENTABLE, and that our construction crew shall strive to reach this target. Our leadership believes that nothing can veer our people and our management off this course, and strongly supports and recognizes their efforts and initiatives to hit this target.
To achieve SPN’s ultimate goal of “Zero Accident”:

• Effective and relevant HSSE training program packages are established immediately upon mobilization to the projects
